The RoXdon VB-1 Vocal Booth is designed to provide an acoustically favorable environment to record studio quality vocals. It enables 'Dry' vocals to be recorded in a room that has had no acoustic treatment by absorbing unwanted reflections by means of the advanced 'pyramid' surface, acoustic foam.

 

 

MIC STAND / MICROPHONE / SHOCK MOUNT NOT INCLUDED

The RoXdon VB-1 can be attached to any sturdy microphone stand by means of two rubber protected clamps on the rear of the booth.
Any standard thread, mic clip or shock mount can be attached using the fully adjustable mounting hardware supplied.

For added height, the VB-1 can be attached to the boom section of a suitable Microphone Boom Stand if set in an upright position. 

Unlike other similar units, the RoXdon VB-1 Vocal Booth has two front wings that are adjustable to vary the acoustic
ambience. These can be locked in position by upper and lower wing nut screws.

The RoXdon VB-1 does not filter out any audio frequencies but works by preventing unwanted room, sound reflections which can adversely affect any recording. Unlike other vocal booths (reflection filters) the advanced 'pyramid' acoustic foam totally absorbs any surface reflections inside the booth so the microphone hears just the source.
